BIO

    Born on the island of Puerto Rico in 1965. He studied International Relations with a concentration in Latin America, then continued his academic training at the Eugenio María de Hostos Law School, where he trained as a lawyer with a law degree in 2005.

    In his professional career he has achieved recognition as a promoter of shared custody of minors and their parents, and has established jurisprudence in cases of great impact in Puerto Rico. Among many other achievements we can point out that in the state of Texas he has been mentioned as one of the lawyers with the highest number of immigration asylums won.
